  • We had a wonderful experience with Down East Contracting. They rebuilt a 60's leaking, failing jalousied porch and made it a beautiful room that is clearly our favorite space. Joe and the crew were professional yet personable. If not on time, they were early, and they cleaned up at the end of each day. We plan to use Down East for all of our future projects!

  • Joe is a wonderful contractor! He is such a genuine person and cares so much about his clients satisfaction! His team performed some drywall repair and finishing at our house and completed the job in a timely manner and was on-site every day to check the progress and ensure crews were meeting all our needs. The project was completed in a timely manner and everything was kept extremely clean during the job and straightened at the end of each day. I am actually considering damaging some stuff around our house just to have him come back!

  • The work done in our sunroom was excellent. The guys worked hard and finished quickly. We are very pleased with the job. Debby and Larry McCann

  • Joe was on time. He was pleasant. He had a very good attitude. He was very fair in his pricing. He was there when he said he would be there. I’d recommend him to anybody that Needs a handyman I don’t know where his limit is what he does but I would call him for anything. Very nice man.
